Yes I am.
Ingredients:
1 can of spaghetti sauce
1 small can of diced tomato (optional)
1 lb of ground meat (optional)
1 diced onion
Some cheese
Spices (optional) (garlic powder, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, parsley, worchestershire sauce and soy sauce)
1 box of spaghetti noodles (whatever your preference is)
Some Olive or vegetable oil
Directions:
Use about 2 tsp of olive or veggie oil in a heated pan and place the onions in the pan. Add a pinch of salt and on low heat cook them for approximately 5 minutes to soften. Add ground meat and turn heat up to medium. Add any spices you want to the ground meat, I used some garlic powder, pepper, 1 tsp of W sauce and 2 tsp of soy sauce. Cook until meat is browned, and cooked thoroughly. Since I add liquid products to my meat, I usually drain all the excess juices and liquid out after I've finished cooking.
Follow the directions on the box or package of noodles that you have chosen to use. I usually add salt after the water boils, about 2 tbsp to flavor the noodles. If I can't be there constantly stirring the noodles, before I put them in I put in 1 tbsp of olive oil, it keeps the noodles from sticking together. It is important to pull the noodles about 2-3 minutes before the package says they should be done. Remember, you will still be cooking them when you are frying them and you don't want mushy noodles. Drain and rinse with cold water and set aside.
Combine sauce, diced tomatoes and the onions and meat into a sauce pan. I like mine a bit chunky, which is why I add tomatoes. Once heated turn it off and leave it to the side. In a frying pan or skillet, heat approximately 4 tbsp of oil, enough to coat the whole bottom of the pan thoroughly and turn on medium heat. Once the oil is hot enough, add spaghetti noodles and place sauce on top. You don't want to use too much sauce, or the noodles will not fry properly, you can always add more later if you want. Add cubed cheese (any variety, I'm using mozzarella tonight) and flip noodles, or stir every 3 minutes or so, to make sure they all get fried. The cheese will make it extra cheesy, but if you really like your cheese, feel free to add some grated cheese or Parmesan cheese to it after plating.
Serve and eat.
