Probably a lot of you found yourselves in a situation when you had to dress like a muggle to blend in with a crowd, whether it was for your cousin's wedding, yes believe it or not we all have that one annoying cousin who decided to marry a muggle, or for a local muggle fair or village party. Without doubt I can say that at least two thirds of you weren't sure what to wear and that at least half of you wore the wrong thing and made fools out of yourselves. To prevent that from happening in the future I present you the newest Muggle must WEAR, sequin uggs boots! |
Now, before we proceed to examples I want to point out a few things about muggles to you. The most important thing to remember is that muggles love to be noticed, they love everything shiny and sparkly, they simply adore lots of sequins. These boots are simply perfect for all muggle functions, from weddings and funerals to retirement home field trips and visiting your relatives. Muggles of all ages wear them; some families even wear matching ones. At this point I can say that at least 90 % of all muggles own at least one pair of these boots. With Christmas approaching we're expecting that number to get higher as muggles prefer to dress to match their Christmas tree. The best thing however is, men can wear them too! Now let's go through some examples so you can see how to wear them best.
Example 1:
This is one of my personal favourites; I wore it to the opera last week. As you can see I've paired up my dark blue low sequin boots with a pair of leggings and my favourite skirt. I faced a problem of what to wear with it, but then I saw this amazing muggle invention, they call it two in one top, basically it is a jumper with blouse sleeves and collar, very classy, fashionable and warm! Another muggle must have, especially if you're heading out for a meal afterwards, is a thing they call apron, it is very useful if you don't want to get food stains when eating out. They come in various patterns and designs and are indeed amazing invention if you can't use magic. For this occasion I wore my favourite rooster looking apron. Of course I topped it all off with my orange feather jacket because going to the opera is a fancy affair after all. Having that in mind I just had to wear my golden sequin hat and yellow sequin bag. I was definitely the start that night!
Example 2:
This is a little something I wore to my muggle friend's funeral last month. I went with my white sequin boots for the occasion because I heard muggles like to wear something white to funerals for the luck. I've paired them up with knee high spotted socks and orange floral shaped dress, thing to remember here is that for funeral flowers are must have, so more floral design you can find the better. For example you can notice how I wore my floral rain coat, that way even if it got really cold, I'd still have a floral design to wear. Another thing that is making a big come back this season are cowboy hats. The rule with cowboy hats is the pinker the better. Make sure to get yours while stocks last, because they surely are selling quickly! To finish off this outfit I recommend set of brightly coloured bangles and brightly coloured satchel bag, as you can see bright colours and sequins are the way to go this season!
Remember, when in doubt, the more sequins you use the better!
